Purchasing Terms

If this website offers directly or indirectly any items or services to purchase through its affiliates and partners, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making any commitments to purchase; (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy and item and you complete the check-out payment process. The prices charged for entering into any agreements are listed on any contract provided or on any affiliate website if going through an approved affiliated through Sandy Business Consulting LLC. We reserve the right to change our prices for any products and services displayed at any time, (if any items are  listed, meaning if and when applicable), and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. Additional information about pricing and sales tax is available any contract provided. Any fees for services and any other charges you may incur in connection with your use of services, such as taxes and possible transaction fees, will be disclosed on any contract provided. 

Return & Refund Policy

Sandy Business Consulting LLC and its affiliates, marketing affiliates and partners, and partners  reserve the right without prior notice to change, upgrade, enhance, or no longer offer any products and service offerings; stop providing products and service offerings or any features of services offered; create limits for services; offer new technologies for better quality products and services; and no longer offer products and services that are obsolete. We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend access to products and services without notice and liability for any reason, or for no reason.

Ownership of Intellectual Property, Copyrights, and Logos 

The Service and all materials therein or transferred thereby, including, without limitation, software, images, text, graphics, logos, patents, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, photographs, audio, videos, music and all Intellectual Property Rights related thereto, are the exclusive property of Sandy Business Consulting, LLC. Except as explicitly provided herein, nothing in these terms shall be deemed to create a license in or under any such Intellectual Property Rights, and you agree not to sell, license, rent, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, adapt, edit or create derivative works thereof.

As a site user and visitor, you recognize and agree that by uploading any content (including, but not limited to designs, images, animations, videos, audio files, fonts, logos, illustrations, compositions, artworks, interfaces, text and literary works) through any means to the website, you confirm that you own all the relevant rights or received the appropriate license to upload/copy/transfer/send the content. You agree and consent that the uploaded/copied/transferred content may be publicly displayed at the website.

Right To Suspend or Cancel User Account

We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend your access to the service without notice and liability for any reason, including if in our sole determination you violate any provision of these Terms or any applicable law or regulations. You may discontinue use and request to cancel your account and/or any services at any time. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the foregoing, with respect to automatically-renewed subscriptions to paid services (if applicable), such subscriptions (if any offered) will be discontinued only upon the expiration of the respective period for which you have already made payment

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Sandy Business Consulting LLC, and any other partners harmless from any demands, loss, liability, claims or expenses (including attorneys’ fees), made against us by any third party due to, or arising out of, or in connection with your use of the website, any of the services offered  on the website, and anyone you are connected to through the Sandy Business Consulting LLC network.  All transactions will be separate and not affiliated with Sandy Business Consulting LLC other than the transactions you commit to with Sandy Business Consulting LLC.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Sandy Business Consulting LLC, and any other partners be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special consequential or exemplary damages, including without limitation, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use the products and services offered. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sandy Business Consulting LLC and other partners assume no liability or responsibility for any (i) errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content; (ii) personal injury or property damage of any nature whatsoever, resulting from your access to or use of real estate transactions and/or loan products, title searches, fees, services, education and resources; and (iii) any unauthorized access to our use of our secure servers and/or any and all personal information stored therein.

Right To Change and Modify Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms from time to time at our sole discretion. Therefore, it's recommended that you should review these pages periodically.  Your continued use of the Website or our service after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree to any of these terms or any future version of the terms, do not use or access (or continue to access) our website or its products, service offerings, resources, and any other applicable materials and education provided.

Promotional Emails and Content

By using this website, submitting a submission form for any request including a phone call, an email, an initial phone or virtual consultation, a scheduled appointment virtually or by phone, and any educational resources and electronic material, you also agree to receive from time to time promotional messages and materials from us, by mail, email or any other contact form you may provide us with (including your phone number for calls or text messages). If you don't want to receive such promotional materials or notices – please just notify us at any time by emailing info@sandybusinessconsulting.com to opt-out. You can always unsubscribe, opt-out, and exit this website community at any time, as we respect your privacy. Upon doing so, you will no longer receive any communication in any form; your user profile (if applicable) will not be publicly visible; and you will not have the opportunity to utilize any community features, such as commenting or writing posts and testimonials.

Preference of Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms, the rights and remedies provided hereunder, and any and all claims and disputes related hereto and/or to the services, shall be governed by, construed under and enforced in all respects solely and exclusively in accordance with the internal substantive laws of the United States of America and in all applicable states Sandy Business Consulting LLC, and any other partners are licensed, without respect to its conflict of laws principles. Any and all such claims and disputes shall be brought in, and you hereby consent to them being decided exclusively by a court of competent jurisdiction located in Florida courts. The application of the United Nations Convention of Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is hereby expressly excluded.

In regards to mobile texting, mobile opt-in information and consent via texting is not shared with anyone else for marketing purposes, and is excluded from any other sharing. When you elect to opt-in, you can state "I wish to receive text messages" Text messages are not frequent and they are typically used as general communication messages, scheduling an appointment, rescheduling an appointment, appointment reminders, cancellations, follow-ups and sharing educational content. They could also include links, pdf’s and information to support you with educational resources for your reading pleasure. Should you want to opt-out of any text messages, you can do so at any time by texting "STOP" or "UNSUBSCRIBE.” You will be opted-out from all mobile text communication within 2 business days to allow time to complete your request. Sandy Business Consulting LLC follows opt-in/opt-out procedures per TCPA Compliance. Your mobile phone will not be shared for texting services with any marketing partner as Sandy Business Consulting LLC is the business services consulting firm you are conducting business with. Should you be recommended to purchase any affiliate products or services, those affiliates and partners also follow opt-in/opt-out procedures per TCPA Compliance and would require a separate marketing communication for you to opt-in/opt-out of their marketing messages and educational content.
